We offer a combination of hourly and commission payment options, starting with a commission-only onboarding period of around 30 days. During this time you earn 10% commission on all net sales — no cap. This is what allows our top chatters to perform at their best.

Once you graduate, you can move to a split hourly and commission structure — or stay on commission as you are. Our top chatters usually stay on commission.

No. We train from scratch. What matters is your communication skills, emotional intelligence, and willingness to learn. Some of our best chatters had zero experience when they started.

You might be surprised what transfers. If you've read romance novels, erotic fiction, or enjoy creative writing and storytelling — those skills matter more than you'd think. The ability to build a scene, pace a conversation, and make someone feel something is exactly what we're looking for.

Being familiar with Western culture also helps — American comedy, movies, podcasts, music, and memes. Our fans are predominantly Western, so understanding their humour, references, and social norms is genuinely valuable on the job.

We run three 8-hour shifts — morning (6am–2pm), afternoon (2pm–10pm), and overnight (10pm–6am). This is a fully remote position. We ask for 5 to 6 days a week and full commitment during your shift.

You'll go through our structured onboarding program before chatting solo. This includes written training, video walkthroughs, and live shadowing sessions with our team lead. You're coached every step of the way — nobody is thrown in the deep end.

There are no performance penalties or reduced payments here. If something isn't working, we coach through it — we focus on finding the real issue and fixing it together.
