Never. Your role is purely text-based messaging. No video calls, no photos of yourself, no personal content of any kind. You are a chat representative managing someone else's account — not a creator. Your face and identity stay completely private.

Shifts are 8 hours long on a 24-hour cycle: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and 10pm–6am Philippines time. You'll be assigned a shift based on your preference and availability. You work 5–6 days per week with 1–2 fixed days off.
